Sherwin Williams Signs Long-Term Lease on Metro Parkway

Commercial broker and general contractor Roger Burks has signed Sherwin Williams Paint Company to a longterm lease for a 12,000sf building at 12990 Metro Parkway in Fort Myers. Burks also owns and manages the building.
