During the first half of 2018, agents with Commercial Property Southwest Florida, LLC (CPSWFL), an alliance member of Cushman & Wakefield, have negotiated numerous sales, leases and property management contracts in Fort Myers (unless otherwise noted). Transaction highlights are as follows.

SALES As co-brokers with Cushman & Wakefield Fort Lauderdale, CPSWFL’s Gary Tasman and Shawn Stoneburner negotiated the $71.425 million purchase of an apartment complex at 5500 Spectra Circle by Coastal Ridge/Katz Acquisition from S.D. Smerson, LLC. Located in south Fort Myers, Spectra is a 324-unit, Class-A asset with luxuriously appointed one-, two- and three-bedroom garden apartments. Built in 2017, the gated community offers resort-style amenities that include a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, fitness center, a private park with walking trails and more. Tasman and Stoneburner also negotiated all of the following sales and leases, unless otherwise indicated.
• CalAtlantic Group, Inc.:
705.87 acres of vacant land in WildBlue, a proposed gated residential development on east Corkscrew Road, for $27.5 million from Alico East Fund LLC.
• Continental 422 Fund, LLC:
34.19 acres of vacant land at 4467 Thomasson Drive, Naples, for $12.99 million from CDC Land Investments, Inc.
• Twenty Lake Holdings:
News- Press buildings at 2404 & 2442 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard for $4,755,682 from New-Press Publishing Co.
• LIV Development:
20 acres of vacant land in the Colonial Commons Development for $4.4 million from WDK Investments, LLC.
• CJCBS 24611 Production Circle, LLC:
15,500sf strip mall at 24611 Production Circle, Bonita Springs, for $2.035 million from U.S. Bank National Association, Trustee. (Gary Tasman and John Albion)
• L & R Properties of SW Florida, LLC:
7,283sf industrial building at 3450/3460 Old Metro Parkway for $1.9 million from Timothy Lause for the Hope Lause Trust.
• Glenn & Catherine Richardson:
