McGarvey Development has started its final phase at SouthLinks Commons of Bonita with approxi­mately 80,000sf of leasable space avail­able the first quarter of next year. This final phase will consist of two drive-in loading flex buildings of 30,080sf and 50,060sf adjacent to a Publix shopping center near Bonita Grande Drive.
