SRS Completes Sale of New Fitness Property in Fort Myers

SRS Real Estate Partners has com- pleted the $14.3 million sale of the newly constructed EoS Fitness property at 10560 Colonial Blvd. in Fort Myers.

Built in 2026, the 42,500sf prop- erty occupies 2.36 acres at The Shops at Pelican Preserve and is secured by a 20-year, corporate-guaranteed, absolute triple-net lease.

SRS Capital Markets Senior Manag- ing Principal Patrick Nutt and Executive Vice President & Principal William Wamble represented the seller, a Florida- based developer. The buyer, a Florida- based investor, acquired the property through a 1031 exchange.

The property has frontage along Colonial Boulevard, which carries more than 74,000 vehicles daily, and conve- nient access to Interstate 75.
