Stevens Construction is providing construction management services for Lee Health University Highlands at 19511 Highland Oaks Drive in Estero.
Stevens Construction is building a two-story, 20,820sf primary care office and outpatient center for South Real Estate Group, which is leasing the building to Lee Health. The first-floor outpatient center will house diagnostic imaging such as ultrasound, X-ray and women’s health services such as mammograms and DEXA scanning. The outpatient center will also include a lab draw station and an adult physical therapy clinic. The second floor will provide full-scope family medicine and include 16 exam rooms, a procedure room and behavioral health services.
The project team includes: Mark Pelafas, project manager; Jonathan Purser, superintendent; and Sue Ziegenfus, project administrator. Burt Hill/Pollock Krieg Architects designed the project.
The building is slated for completion in early 2023.
