Earlier this spring, Stevens Construction completed a new customer service building for Bonita Springs Utilities, Inc.
The project involved the demolition of the existing customer service building at 11900 East Terry Street, and construction of a 6,450sf facility.
During the project, the customer service department relocated to temporary facilities on site so as not to disrupt the utility’s daily operations.
The Stevens team included: project executive Dan Adams; project manager Alan Bennett; project administrator Rebeccah Hamilton; and superintendent Jeff Hollis. MHK Architecture & Planning provided architectural services.
This is Stevens Construction’s second project for Bonita Springs Utilities. In 2017, it completed a 19,000sf, twostory, administrative building for the non-profit cooperative.
With offices in Fort Myers, Tampa and Orlando, Stevens Construction provides construction management, general contracting and consulting services to clients and design professionals. Other services include site and design team selection, budgeting, project scheduling, permitting, cost and quality control, and warranty service.
