Stevens Construction recently completed Marlins Plaza at 5631 Six Mile Commercial Court in Fort Myers.
The project included construction of the plaza’s 14,665sf commercial shell and buildouts on two of the nine tenant spaces, Marlins Brewhouse and Chronic Taco, which opened in March.
With 110 seats, Marlins Brewhouse provides a menu of local craft beers, wine and pub fare. California-based Chronic Tacos is a fast-casual eatery with organic and non-GMO tacos, burritos, quesadillas, bowls and more. This is its first location in Southwest Florida. The two establishments share a central beer garden and a stage for live music.
The project team includes Dan Adams as project executive, Michael Waskiewicz as project manager, Jeff Hollis as superintendent and Rebeccah Hamilton as project administrator. Southview Studios, LLC is the architect.
