Stevens Completes Estero Church Expansion

Earlier this year, Stevens Construction completed the expansion and renovation of Estero United Methodist Church at 8088 Lord’s Way in Estero.

The project included extensive site improvements with new and reconfigured parking to accommodate 202 paved spaces and enhanced landscaping. The addition of 14,522sf to the existing church allowed for new classrooms, a nursery, administrative offices, meeting rooms, a multi-purpose room and a break area. The existing administrative and classroom area also was remodeled.

Disney & Associates, PA, designed the project, which was completed in 10 months while the church remained operational.
