Stevens Construction Adds Project Manager

Mike Brooks has joined Stevens Construction in Fort Myers as project manager. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and licensed general contractor,

In his new position, Brooks is responsible for managing and executing healthcare and commercial projects during all phases of design and construction. His duties include working closely with the design team on value engineering and constructability analysis, negotiating and awarding vendor contracts, conducting owner/subcontractor meetings and monitoring the construction team.

Brooks has eight years of experience providing pre-construction services on $300 million in completed commercial projects throughout Florida. He earned his bachelor’s degree in building construction from the University of Florida.
