Stevens Construction has completed Gulf Coast Medical Center’s Lee Health Child Development Center, a 17,735sf building with classrooms for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and students in the Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) and after-school programs. The center features a convenient drop-off and pick up location, porte-cochere entry, secure lobby and covered outdoor playground.
The new center is Lee Health’s fourth in the region and is licensed for 268 children. It is available to Lee Health employees as well as community members.
Stevens Construction specializes in construction management, general contracting and consulting. Developer Summit Management Group and GMA Architects & Planners also worked on the project. Lee Health is leasing the building.
