Stevens Construction completed a 25,374sf interior renovation of a two-story building for Florida Heart Associates that included an upgrade of all exam rooms, nurse stations, offices, lobby and the cardiac PET equipment. The firm also built a new ambulatory surgery center.
The Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) licensed the multi-phased project at 1550 Barkley Circle in Fort Myers. Florida Heart Associates remained operational and occupied during construction.
The construction team included project manager Mike Brooks, superintendent JJ Slaugh, project engineer Tate Hernly and project administrator Sue Ziegenfus.
