Stevens Construction Completes Naples Brasserie

Stevens Construction recently completed THE FRENCH, a restaurant at 365 5th Avenue South in downtown Naples.

THE FRENCH is reminiscent of a Parisian brasserie with architectural elements such as custom embossed tin ceilings, oversized antiqued mirrors, red leather banquettes, black and white patterned mosaic floors and handpainted, original murals by local artist Megan Young. With seating for 240, the restaurant includes an indoor/outdoor bar and dining courtyard with a mature, 35-foot lighted live oak-tree, which Stevens Construction installed. Rustic country and coastal French dishes feature prominently on the menu, which was created by award-winning chef/ partner Vincenzo Betulia, a culinary leader in Southwest Florida.

In addition to Mark Battaglia, project manager, the Stevens team included superintendent JJ Slaugh and project administrator Sue Ziegenfus. MHK Architecture and Debra Yelner of DLY Design also provided professional services.
