Stevens Construction Expands Fort Myers Project Management Team

Stevens Construction, Inc. has expanded its Fort Myers operations with the addition of Project Manager Jeff Faluade, announced Daniel Adams, executive vice president and partner.

With 12 years of commer­cial construction experience, Faluade has managed more than $400M in health care, office, education, condominium and apartment projects throughout South­west Florida.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in building construction man­agement from the Moss Department of Construction Management at Florida International University.

As project manager, Faluade will oversee the management and execution of commercial and health care projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule and quality goals established during preconstruction.

With offices in Fort Myers and Orlando, Stevens Construc­tion specializes in providing construction management, general contracting and con­sulting services to clients and design professionals.
