Stevens Construction, Inc., has expanded operations with a Sarasota office. Located at 1605 Main Street, Suite 904, this is the company’s fourth Florida office.

Division Manager Shaun St. Dennis leads the new office. St. Dennis has 20+ years of commercial construction experience in Florida and a portfolio with more than 300,000sf in senior living, mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, and healthcare construction.
