Stevens Construction Selected for NCH Expansion

Stevens Construction has been selected as the construction manager for a 26,000sf medical office for Naples Community Hospital.

Located at 1285 Creekside Boulevard, the medical suite will feature endoscopy, orthopedic services and outpatient physical therapy, and offer hyperbaric chamber therapy. Stevens will complete the project without interrupting the operation of Landmark Hospital of Southwest Florida, the existing long-term acute care facility on site.

The construction team includes project manager Will Houser, project administrator Tracey James and superintendent Scott Wells. Architectural services are provided by HuntonBrady Architects. The project is slated for completion by or before year’s end.
