Stock Development and Curran Young Construction have officially started construction on the future clubhouse within Wild Blue at Waterside. The 30,000sf lakefront centerpiece will bring a new collection of upscale amenities to the popular Lakewood Ranch community. With an estimated opening in fall 2026, the Clubhouse will be the social heartbeat of the community with both indoor and outdoor spaces to enhance the resident experience.

Amenities will include a theater, a state-of-the-art fitness studio, versatile workout classrooms, a golf simulator, indoor and outdoor dining options, and more. Impressive outdoor amenities will include a resort-style pool, lap pool, yoga lawn and premier putting course. Plans also include a state-of-the-art wellness center and a dedicated lifestyle director to curate a dynamic calendar of engaging events, classes and gatherings.

The clubhouse’s design, in collaboration with Clive Daniel, will capture the spirit of the Florida lifestyle and be as elegant, relaxed and deeply connected to nature as its stunning surroundings. A palette of coastal blues, sun-bleached neutrals and earthy textures paired with contrasting wood ceiling details, curated organic materials and textural accents will create an atmosphere of casual sophistication.

Statement design elements will be apparent throughout the facility. Standouts will include a dramatic stone wall in the lobby, antique mirror pendants and a bold wood slat feature wall. Live-edge barn doors will serve as a transition option to the private dining room, and a sculptural wine wall will anchor the main dining area. The wellness center is designed with serenity in mind, using cool color palettes and providing great views of the lake. Located adjacent to the main building, it includes a private lap pool area with multiple cabanas along the deck. Once complete, the clubhouse will be more than a gathering place; it will be a lifestyle destination that celebrates the beauty and comfort of coastal living.
