Stonewood Crossing Secures Major Tenants
Trinity Commercial Group has announced multiple tenant commitments for Stonewood Crossing, a new retail and commercial development on Lee Boulevard in Lehigh Acres.
Confirmed tenants include Goodwill Industries, which will occupy a 20,000sf building, along with Suncoast Credit Union, Culver’s, Heartland Dental and Dunkin’.
The development is located at the northwest corner of Lee Boulevard and Leonard Boulevard, a high-traffic corridor carrying approximately 56,500 vehicles daily. A new traffic signal planned for Leonard Boulevard is expected to improve access to the site.
Stonewood Crossing is being developed by Reliance Builders and offers opportunities for land sales, ground leases and build-to-suit projects ranging from approximately 1.06 to 5.98 acres.
The project is located about eight miles from downtown Fort Myers with access to State Road 82, Colonial Boulevard and Interstate 75.
