Suffolk Completes Moorings Park Building

Suffolk recently completed construction on Building G at Moorings Park in Naples.

The project is a continuation of Suffolk’s partnership with Moorings Park and was designed by Studio+ Architects.

Similar to Building A, which was also completed by Suffolk, Building G involved the comprehensive renovation of an existing 320,000sf, 96-unit independent living building. The project included the demolition and replacement of the entire building façade, including a curtainwall system, windows and other exterior features. Suffolk also renovated the residential units and common spaces, installed new fire suppression and fire alarm systems, and completed all associated site work and landscaping.

Moorings Park is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year as one of the area’s premier retirement communities. Its 83 acres are home to 402 luxurious residences with unrivaled access to upscale and casual dining, comprehensive physician services, state-of-the art fitness centers and social activities.

Suffolk’s past projects at Moorings Park include the renovation of Building A, the construction of Building R, and the community’s clubhouse addition and renovation.
