S t e p h e n Arrivello joined SVN Commercial Partners as the company’s new leader of capital markets. In addition to tradi t ional capi tal sources, Arrivello provides direct C-PACE lending capabilities to SVN’s client base.
Arrivello has 15 years of experience in commercial banking capital markets. His career has taken him into real estate development and related fields in the Philadelphia area. He founded his own business, Axcel Capital Group, and then went to work for Marcus & Millichap.
Arrivello received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Temple University after spending a year at the University of Miami.
