SVN Commercial Partners Expands Lee County Leadership and Advisory Platform with Strategic Additions

SVN Commercial Partners continues to strengthen its presence in Lee County with the addition of Stephen A. Cunningham, MAI, SRA, CCIM, as Managing Director, along with the recent additions of Lisa Sands and Mark Morris. The leadership expansion supports the firm’s continued growth throughout Southwest Florida.

Cunningham, a state-certified general real estate appraiser (RZ300), brings decades of commercial real estate experience advising property owners, investors and businesses across office, retail, industrial and investment sectors in Lee County. In his role as Managing Director, he will focus on expanding the firm’s regional footprint and advisor development throughout Southwest Florida.

Lisa Sands, a Florida native and more than 45-year Southwest Florida resident, brings 36 years of real estate experience. A Florida-licensed Realtor and Broker with a degree in advertising and marketing from Florida State University, she has represented master-planned communities and investment properties throughout the region. Her experience includes leadership involvement in REIS and Commercial Investment Professionals, providing strategic guidance to investors, owners and tenants across Lee County.

Mark Morris, a Fort Myers native, contributes more than 45 years of banking, financial and commercial real estate experience. After beginning his career in Kentucky and spending nearly 15 years in Atlanta with a major financial institution, he returned to Southwest Florida in 1994 and held executive leadership roles in three local banks. His background in commercial lending and financial structuring strengthens the firm’s capital markets insight, underwriting analysis and transaction execution capabilities.
