SVN Commercial Partners Helps Acquire Site for Future Antique Mall

SVN Commercial Partners helped Paradise Vintage Market secure a lease for an antique mall in the North Fort Myers Center, located at 13821 N.Cleveland Ave.

Led by agent Tiffany Luongo, the SVN site selection team found a loca­tion to cover the needs of Paradise Vin­tage Market, which will use the 31,529sf space to rent to dealers that sell vintage antiques and collectable items. Luongo negotiated the off-market lease transac­tion with LandQwest Commercial’s Jessica McEvoy and Tom Strauss, who represented the landlord.

Paradise Vintage Market, which has been in business for three years, sus­tained significant damage at its previ­ous location because of Hurricane Ian.
