SVN|KOVA Expands Commercial Team With Two Veteran Advisors

SVN|KOVA Fort Myers recently hired two new senior advisors.

Tiffany Luongo brings 17 years of commercial real estate experience to the position. Specializing in the Estero- Bonita Springs area, she has extensive experience in development and raw land entitlement.

Luongo’s expertise includes retail leasing and site selection, office sales and leasing, and all facets of land. She is well known in Southwest Florida and was the featured commercial presenter at the Estero Real Estate Review for two of the three years it was held.

As a certified general appraiser, Martinn Winters has joined the firm to establish valuation advisory services. He began his real estate career in 1987 after 12 years in the banking industry and holds an MBA degree in international business from George Washington University.

His vast experience includes investment advisory, commercial real estate valuations, the execution of large commercial transactions for institutional clients, property management, management consulting, commercial collections and commercial litigation testimony.

Winters achieved his Member Appraisal Institute designation in 2012. He will lead SVN|KOVA’s valuation division, which is the first of its kind in the SVN network.

After joining the SVN franchise in 2017, SVN|KOVA Fort Myers has rapidly expanded its presence in Lee, Charlotte and Hendry counties.
