Tarpon Blue Companies has acquired Collier Enterprises Management for an undisclosed sum after CEM shareholders agreed to the sale.
Tarpon Blue is a family of companies that acquire and manage agricultural, development and natural resource assets across the U.S.Collier Enterprises manages a broad range of businesses engaged in real estate investment and development, agriculture and private equity investments. Following the transaction, ownership of Collier Enterprises passed to Tarpon Blue while Collier Enterprises’ management, operations and corporate entities remain in place.
