The Hampshire Companies, a full-service, private real estate investment firm, recently sold the 85,078sf Mission Hills Shopping Center in Naples to Phillips Edison & Company. Anchored by a newly renovated Winn-Dixie grocery store and an Anytime Fitness gym, the multi-tenant center is now almost 97% leased.

The retail center, built in 2005 and purchased by The Hampshire Companies in 2006, sits on approximately 19 acres at 7550 Mission Hills Drive in a rapidly growing part of Naples. More than 3,000 homes are now under construction within two miles of the property and another 1,000 are planned in the immediate vicinity.

Bradley Peterson, Whitaker Leonhardt and Michael Brewster of HFF represented the seller in the transaction. For more information, please visit www.hampshirere.com.
