Theory Design Adds Trio to Design, Administrative Teams

Two designers and an ad­ministrative assistant have joined Theory Design as the firm expands to serve addi­tional clients.

As an interior design styl­ist, Hillary Rodriguez is instrumental in the installa­tion process as well as staging model and custom homes for professional photos and videos by selecting props and coordi­nating shoots. Rodriguez is a graduate of Albright College and has a decade of sales, styling and design experience.

As an interior design assis­tant, Kayla Koeller prepares schedules and design presenta­tions, organizes projects and assists with furniture orders, installs and selection pricing. She is an interior design gradu­ate of Liberty University and previously worked as a design coordinator.

As an administrative spe­cialist, Andi Hirsch leads the warranty and receiving processes in addition to wel­coming clients and prospects to the studio with an overview of options, design assistance and general information. She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology and Ramapo College of New Jer­sey, and has experience as a showroom manager.
