Theory Design Hires Vice President

Theory De­sign has appointed Chris Hensley as vice president of its creative team.

Hensley’s focus is on increasing brand awareness, sourcing new prod­uct lines, and stream­lining processes and communication. He has worked for more than 20 years in retail furniture sales and staging, real estate, residential construction, informa­tion technology and software design.

He moved to Southwest Florida from Chicago five years ago, and led a boutique design-build firm, providing oversight of several residential models and 35 custom homes. Most recently, he was managing principal of two full-service furniture showrooms.
