Wright Construction Group has begun building Diplomat RV & Boat Storage at 2900 Diplomat Parkway East in Cape Coral.
The facility will be the first of its kind in Florida to combine storage, amenities and services. The project is of particular significance to Cape Coral residents who are prohibited from parking boats or RVs in their driveways for extended periods.
Amenities at the new facility will include a covered wash bay, LP gas service, boat lockers for fishing equipment or water skis, two sewer dump stations, an owner’s lounge with rest rooms and showers, concierge services for RV and boat cleaning, state-of-the-art security and more.
