Vantage Construction Awarded Fort Myers Beach Park Project

Vantage Construction was awarded the contract to redevelop a 17-acre public beach park at the northern tip of Fort Myers Beach.

The project will include new concession, bathhouse and maintenance buildings, along with a raised boardwalk, amphitheater, picnic areas, outdoor showers, walkways, ADA-accessible improvements, nature trails, additional beach access points and new parking areas.

The existing 10-slip day dock will also be demolished and replaced to improve public waterfront access. Construction is expected to take approximately 270 days.
