Vantage Construction Completes Country Club Amenities

During the second quarter, Vantage Construction Services, LLC completed a multi-phased project at The Legends Golf & Country Club in Fort Myers.

Acting as general contractor, Vantage managed the construction of the Sunset Grill, an 8,000sf open-air amenity with kitchen, full bar, 16 widescreen TVs and seating for 174.

The facility was built with nine large overhead doors providing views of the golf course and resort pool when open, and security and protection from the weather when closed. It also features a custom-designed mosaic bar face, and a handcrafted wood ceiling designed to create a stunning vaulted canopy.

The project also included the construction of four pickleball courts, a new tennis bath house and an expanded parking lot with utilities.
