Vantage Construction Completes Office Renovations in Naples, Bonita Springs

Vantage Construction Services, LLC, has completed the renovation of Lake Michigan Credit Union’s first branch in Southwest Florida.

Located at 24201 Walden Center Drive, Suite 101 in Bonita Springs, the project involved selective demolition and installation of all interior finishes in the nearly 5000sf facility. Jim Aalderink, a construction supervisor for Vantage, managed the project.

Lake Michigan Credit Union has 36 offices in Michigan, more than $3 billion in assets and more than 300,000 members. It plans to open additional branches in Southwest Florida.

Vantage also recently completed the total renovation of the Ischebeck Titan USA, Inc. office at 3050 Horseshoe Drive North, Unit B-275 in Naples. Ischebeck Titan is a global company providing formwork and falsework systems and ground engineering solutions.

The Naples facility was totally renovated from floor to ceiling including walls, millwork, electrical wiring, fire alarms, sprinklers and HVAC upgrades. Vantage superintendent Bill Conzelman was project manager.
