Vantage Construction Services, LLC, a commercial general contractor, has completed renovations at Fire Station #2 and started work on the Geothermal Cooling Water Supply and Facility for the City of Naples.
Located at 977 26th Avenue North, Fire Station #2 was renovated in three phases. Vantage Construction completed the 4,600sf interior project while the facility remained fully operational. It included framing, new hard ceilings throughout, new HVAC systems and all new ductwork, electrical, switch gear and fixtures, painting and finish work.
Recently, Vantage Construction began making improvements to the Geothermal Cooling Water Supply and Facility at the city’s Building Services office at 295 Riverside Circle. The project consists of exterior site work, construction of a new concrete block mechanical room, and a complete revamp of the HVAC system encompassing geothermal process with new electrical switch gear and service, as well as interior lobby renovations.
