Vantage Construction Completes Shell Point Fitness Center

Vantage Construction Services has completed a renovation of The Island Fitness Center at Shell Point Retirement Community in Fort Myers.

The 6,600sf project included selective demolition of existing interior structures, installation of new walls, cabinetry, storefront assemblies, flooring, painting, bathroom accessories, acoustical ceiling and grid, electrical, plumbing and HVAC, as well as fire sprinkler modifications.

The expanded aerobic space, men’s and women’s locker rooms, offices, cardio, fitness and kitchen areas are now open and available to residents and staff.
