Vantage Construction Marks Five Years in Business

Fort Myers-based Vantage Construction Services, LLC, recently celebrated five years in business in Southwest Florida. During that time, the commercial general contractor has grown from three field staff and one part-time clerical/accounting support person to a team of six field and five office personnel.

Owners Trent Swartz, president, and Phil Morris, vice president, commemorated the occasion with a gathering of colleagues, family and friends, and acknowledged the hard work that has helped the company succeed.

“There’s truly some blood, sweat and tears that have been part of the process,” said Swartz. “We’ve learned a lot of what to do and just as much of what not to do,” added Morris. “We’re ready for the next five!”

Vantage Construction Services provides consulting, pre-construction, general contracting, construction management and design-build services for all facets of the commercial construction industry.
