Vantage Construction Services Completes Cape Coral Project

Vantage Construction Services has completed a 6,000sf retail building at 2207 Del Prado Boulevard, adjacent to the Coralwood Mall in Cape Coral.

At press time, a Starbucks with drive-through and a Chipotle Mexican Grill were poised to move in. The third of three tenants has yet to be announced.

The project included site work, construction of a stormwater management system and the building shell, and installation of utilities, as well as electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. Stiles Architectural Group of Fort Lauderdale designed the facility, which is owned by G.R.E. Coralwood, LP.
