Vantage Construction Services Completes Projects

Vantage Construction Services, LLC, a commercial general contractor based in Cape Coral, continues to expand its footprint across Southwest Florida with several commercial and community-focused projects in Bradenton, Fort Myers Beach and Cape Coral.

Among the recently completed projects is the renovation of a Lake Michigan Credit Union branch at 8704 State Road 70 East in Bradenton. The renovation included rough and finish carpentry, metal framing, new acoustical ceilings, modifications to plumbing and HVAC ductwork, and the installation of new carpet, tile, cabinetry and paint. The project also involved replacing the storefront, windows and doors with insulated, impact-rated glass, renovating the building façade and installing new landscaping. This is the fifth Lake Michigan Credit Union renovation completed by Vantage Construction Services.

Vantage was also awarded the Crescent Beach Park revitalization project on Fort Myers Beach, a well-known public space that sustained significant damage during Hurricane Ian. The revitalization includes the installation of new shade structures, reconstructed curved sea walls designed to double as seating areas, refreshed recreation zones featuring sand-pit areas and a flexible grass space, upgraded outdoor shower facilities and enhanced landscaping with crushed seashell walkways.

In Cape Coral, Vantage completed a comprehensive interior and exterior buildout for Big Nick’s Barbecue Restaurant, located at The Cove on 47th Terrace. The project included a fully designed dining area, kitchen and food preparation spaces, modern finishes and custom elements reflecting the restaurant’s signature style and welcoming atmosphere. This marks the second Big Nick’s Barbecue location constructed by Vantage and contributes to the continued growth of The Cove as a dining and entertainment destination for residents and visitors.

Additionally, the company has been selected by the City of Fort Myers to build a new 14-court pickleball complex at Forum Park. The project will be located on 4.6 acres at Champion Ring Road and Warrior Way. The development will include a gathering area for players and spectators, a 2,055sf building with restrooms and office space, parking and related site improvements. This marks Phase II of the Forum Park Master Plan, with additional amenities to be determined through future community input.
