Vantage Construction Services Finishes Naples Project

Vantage Construction Services, LLC has completed work on a geothermal cooling project for the City of Naples Community Development Building.

The system is engineered to conserve water and cost by creating a closed-loop piping system using supply and discharge wells. The closed-loop system pumps water into heat exchangers, eliminating the need for city water, resulting in a substantial savings for the municipality. This project included installing decorative aluminum trusses to support the new ductwork and lighting in the building’s main lobby.

Also, the company recently broke ground on a new building for Florida Wood Window and Door, Inc. in Fort Myers. It was designed by Greg Gersdorf of Gersdorf & Gersdorf, LLC.

The facility, located at 5691 Halifax Avenue, will consist of a warehouse and ancillary office space. At 13,500sf, it will be more than a third larger than the company’s current office. Construction should be completed before the end of the year.
