Vantage Construction Upgrades Amenity Space for Community

Vantage Construction Services, LLC has completed the third phase at Pelican Preserve, a gated masterplanned community for residents 55+ years old in Fort Myers.

Vantage constructed a 2,800sf precast concrete second floor addition for a new exercise area, which included installation of an elevator, expanding the existing 1,200sf kitchen and creation of a new 550sf outdoor patio bar area. This project also required roof removal of the existing workout center, as well as all new interior finishes, to bring existing spaces up to par with the new construction.
