Vantage to Renovate Cape Building

Fort Myers-based Vantage Construction Services, LLC, has been selected by Lake Michigan Credit Union ( LMCU) to extensively renovate its new Cape Coral branch office at 530 Cape Coral Parkway. The project encompasses selective interior and exterior demolition, and interior renovations.

Totaling 4,400sf, the work includes rough and finish carpentry, metal framing, new acoustic ceilings, modifications to plumbing and HVAC ductwork, carpet, tile, cabinets and painting. The new office is expected to open in the first quarter.

This is Vantage Construction’s third project for LMCU. The firm also completed renovations for the credit union’s offices in Bonita Springs and Naples.
