Various Projects Underway At EnviroStruct

EnviroStruct, a general contracting and construction management firm based in Bonita Springs, is working on the following Southwest Florida projects.
• Staybridge Suites (Naples). Located at 9205 Celeste Drive, this new four-story hotel will have more than 100 rooms and a parking garage when completed. Its 13,540sf footprint is being developed on 2.36 acres.
• Coral Ridge Funeral Home (Cape Coral). This soon-to-becompleted expansion project encompasses approximately 8,500sf on Pine Island Rd. and Chiquita Blvd. It is planned for completion this spring.
• Atwater Crossing (Port Charlotte). Now under construction, this retail center is located on three acres at Veterans Blvd. and Atwater Crossing. The project consists of three buildings, including a Mobil Gas Station and Kangaroo Express convenience store.
• Pelican Sound Golf & River Club (Estero). The expansion project calls for the addition of eight tennis courts, eight new pickle ball courts and an observation area. Phase 2 consists of renovating the existing golf clubhouse, adding an administrative office building and relocating the golf cart storage. A new lawn will be available for concerts and park outings.
