Veteran Area Broker Announces New Commercial Brokerage

Broker Robert Termotto recently established World Plaza Group Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage in Fort Myers.

For more than 35 years, Robert has been active in Southwest Florida commercial real estate as a developer, investor, property manager, real estate agent, and consultant. He spearheaded the condo conversion of Bermuda Club, one of the first successful residential conversions in town, located near Riverwalk on College Parkway.

Termotto also developed and continues to manage World Plaza, an office condominium along College Parkway. Containing a total of approximately 200,000sf, World Plaza is regarded among the area’s premier office properties.

A native New Yorker, Termotto graduated from Hunter College of The City University of New York, and attended post graduate courses at Pace University in New York. Prior to relocating to Fort Myers, he was CFO of a NYSE-listed Real Estate Investment Trust, headquartered in New York City. After moving to Southwest Florida, Termotto worked as an associate with Birch Properties for more than 25 years before becoming a broker.
