Victor Cook Joins Hole Montes

Hole Montes hired Victor Cook, EI, as a project manager for environmental engineering, overseeing design, permitting and construction of utilities, water and wastewater infra­structure. Cook has 18 years of engineering experience and has served as a design technical leader for water treatment and transmission, wastewater collection and treatment, and residuals management.

Cook earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of South Florida, and is certified as an engineering in­tern and envision sustainability professional.
