Woodyard & Associates, Holman Receive CoStar Awards

Woodyard & Associates, LLC, has received a 2014 CoStar Power Broker award from CoStar Group, Inc. The award recognizes top commercial real estate brokerages with the greatest number of closed property sales or leases for the year within their respective markets.

Todd Holman, a broker with the firm, also was named a 2014 CoStar Power Broker for having the highest individual sales or lease transaction volumes in this market.
