Wright Completes Roundabout in Sarasota

Wright Construction Group has finished the Fruitville Road/U.S. 41 roundabout improvement project. The project adds a roundabout to the three-way intersection to improve access to roadways and new developments in downtown Sarasota. Wright collaborated with Green Pointe, LLC, the City of Sarasota, the Florida Department of Transportation, and Stantec to complete the project.

The Fruitville project launched in October 2019, removing and replacing the old intersection with new drainage, utilities, lighting, pedestrian safety enhancements, and landscaping. Residents and visitors now enjoy safe access from downtown to Sarasota Bay. Wright completed the project on time and under budget.
