Wright Construction Adds Five to Team

Wright Construction Group continues to bol­ster its staff with the ad­dition of five professionals in a variety of roles.

Ryan Williams and Ryan Midolo are civil project managers respon­sible for managing proj­ect schedules, overseeing document controls and financial aspects of projects, supervising support and field personnel, and main­taining relationships with the project ar­chitect and owner. Williams has over 20 years of experience and previously was a project administrator for the Florida Department of Transportation. Midolo has more than seven years of construc­tion experience and is a licensed Florida building and marine specialty contractor.

Brandon Eells is an assistant proj­ect manager whose job duties include managing the submittal process, assist­ing with permitting and overall project streamlining by resolving potential issues before they occur. His focus project is the restoration of Lovers Key State Park.

Joey Kleysley, an intern for more than one year, committed to join the company full-time upon graduation from Florida Gulf Coast University in May 2024 with a degree in construction management. Kleysley is OSHA 30 certi­fied and has experience as a laborer and assistant superintendent.

Margarita Donahue is director of marketing and is responsible for driv­ing the company’s strategic marketing and communications initiatives, which include growing brand awareness across multiple channels, creating proposals and presentations, coordinating company events, leading employee engagement, and managing industry and community partnerships.
