Wright Construction Group has hired a trio of industry leaders to its team.

Chad Wilcox is serving as proj­ect superintendent to coordinate work daily that assures smooth field operations and successful execution of four value proposition; safety, quality, timeliness and value. Wilcox has 14 years of construction experi­ence and has worked on a broad range of projects, including assisted living facili­ties, hospitality, hotels and big box retail.

As project manager, Jeff DeRocker is responsible for the overall manage­ment and coordination of projects, including the creation and updating of project schedules, overseeing docu­ment controls, coordinating project meetings, maintaining collaborative relationships with design teams and owners, managing assigned office support personnel and field supervi­sion, handling all financial aspects of projects and supervising the overall success of projects. He has 17 years of experience that includes govern­ment, educational and residential buildings.

Taryn Powell is the company’s new marketing director, a role in which she creates proposals and presentations, as well as manages social media platforms. Additionally, she manages press-related items and events like groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings and topping-off ceremonies.
