Barron Collier Companies has closed on the purchase of Sawgrass Pointe II, a 95,800sf office building in Sunrise.

Located within the Sawgrass International Corporate Park, the three-story, Class-A office building was purchased in a joint venture between Barron Collier Companies and Vanderbilt Office Properties. This is their third such undertaking.

“The acquisition of Sawgrass Pointe II is part of our strategy to diversify our investments geographically,” said Brian Goguen, chief investment officer for Barron Collier Companies. “The property’s strong tenant base and appealing location were important factors in our consideration.”
