Roofing Company Expands with New Office and Team Member

Lloyd Roofing has expanded its South­west Florida division to accommodate a growing portfolio of commercial and residential customers across the region.

The company relocated its Southwest Florida headquarters to 2151 Andrea Lane in south Fort Myers, which fea­tures 3,000sf of office space, 2,100sf of warehouse space and a fenced yard to park company vehicles and equipment.

Lloyd Roofing’s growth in Southwest Florida helped fuel the company’s rise to No. 56 nationally, and No. 6 in Florida, based on sales volume, according to National Roofing Contractor’s 2025 Top Roofing Contractors list.

To serve the contractor’s growing divi­sion in Southwest Florida, Lloyd Roofing has added Travis Porter as an account manager. In this role, Porter develops and maintains relationships with the company’s portfolio of commercial cli­ents, which includes builders, developers, contractors, business owners and property managers. He also is the point person for residential customers. His responsibilities include customer service, sales, lead track­ing and project coordination.

Prior to joining Lloyd Roofing, Por­ter was a conference sales executive for Gartner, where he engaged with senior organizational leadership to identify critical business initiatives and align appropriate training and development opportunities. He also has experience as a business devel­opment specialist and account manager for a local flooring company and account man­ager for a telecommunications company.

In addition to office-based leader­ship and sales teams, Lloyd Roofing also employs experienced roofing crews that specialize in tile, shingle, metal and flat roofs. Its com­mercial teams focus on high-rise buildings, hotels, churches, multi-family apartments, retail centers and other developments, while residential teams provide roofing services for single-family homes and duplexes.
