B&I Contractors Expands Fort Myers Headquarters

In 2025, B&I Contractors, Inc. will expand its headquarters at 2701 Prince St., more than doubling its real estate footprint and tripling its manufacturing space.

This expansion is a strategic move to increase operational efficiency, support innovation and better serve clients across Southwest, West Central and Southeast Florida. With large-scale health care, edu­cation, and commercial projects underway, the need for more space and enhanced prefabrication capabilities became clear.

The expanded facility will support increased manufacturing and staging capacity for mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems improve logistics op­erations and modernize office space. The new facility will include enhanced break areas, collaborative workspaces and train­ing rooms designed to support employee development and foster team growth.
