Adam Palmer Joins CBRE as Executive VP

CBRE has add­ed Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR at the firm’s Naples office as an execu­tive vice president providing sales and leasing services to investors and occu­pier clients across all property sectors in Southwest Florida.

Palmer has over 20 years of industry experience and joined CBRE from LQ Commercial Real Estate Services, where he served as principal and managing di­rector. Throughout his career, Palmer has completed nearly 1,000 transactions, en­compassing both sales and leasing across almost all industry sectors. His notable transactions include a record-breaking $92.5 million industrial sale in Fort Myers and one of the largest build-to-suit indus­trial leases in Tampa’s history.

Palmer holds both the CCIM and SIOR designations, a rare distinction held by fewer than 1% of industry pro­fessionals. He is also the incoming 2026 Global President of the CCIM Institute, where he plays a central role in shaping the future of the commercial real estate industry on an international level.
