Vision Hospitality Group purchased a 2.51-acre parcel within Gulf Coast Town Center for $2.1 million to build a Hampton Inn. In announcing the project, LQ Commercial noted Southwest Florida’s record-breaking tourism and population growth in fueling demand for additional hospitality options.

The site, located between Connors Steak & Seafood and LA Fitness, will bring a highly recognized hospitality brand to the regional mall. Gulf Coast Town Center is home to a dynamic mix of retail, dining and entertainment options, making it a top destination for visitors and locals alike.
